He tried to steal the grief of all the thousands and thousands of people who lost loved ones, dear friends, and coworkers on 9/11. Donald Trump tried to steal that grief so that he could exploit that grief as his own. Future Presidential historians will find nothing that illuminates the depravity of Donald Trump more vividly that his lies that he lost “hundreds of friends” on 9/11, a lie so vile that even Donald Trump, is afraid to repeat it.
