You are absolutely right.
Among the culprits that caused that CE are probably Sharp and our own nemesis.
I still believe it was Sharp, because of his influence with the OTCM and his feelings about CCTL. But, I wouldn't put it past the nemesis, complaining to the SEC because of his hatred for CCTL and Pillsworth.
If you look at the more than 1000 OTC companies with the CE designation, compared to most of them, CCTL is saintly.
What could a tiny company, with such a stable stock structure for several years, so little liabilities, really never pumped the stock under Pillsworth do to deserve the book thrown at them;
caveat emptor, dark and defunct, shell risk and put on the expert market?
And as far as the 500 plus bitcoins and cash put on the financials, that was put in doubt by Pillsworth's disclosures.
Pillsworth is keeping quiet until the CE designation comes off for obvious reasons.
The only way we will ever find out the reason for the CE, while it's still in place is to seek litigation to reveal it.
And that should be sought, if the CE designation doesn't come off by the end of the year.
