Yes, I think most sentient humans agree with my analysis.

Hey, just a question. If you hear someone say that a company's "BOD is selling shares," what comes to mind? The casual interpretation of that line is that the BOD is personally selling their personal shares. Which, in the case of SFRX, is clearly not happening. BOD members continue to collect shares — as do related parties.

Can you imagine tossing that line out and then trying to cover your bullshit misdirection by saying what you really meant was that the BOD "authorizes" the selling of shares for the company? But a much more clear way of saying that would be "the company is selling shares to raise money." You know, the way penny stock companies raise money for operations before they hit it big or accomplish their goals.

Two very different messages. What a crock.
