I'm looking for a good cannabis stock prior to The SAFE Banking Act being voted into law hopefully this year. I'm looking into BLDV, but noticed a significant drop from $.0016 in April to its present PPS of $.0008. Can anyone let me know the reason for the drop. I appreciate your time. Thanks.
