The DeSpac, whatever that means, we've all been yearning for in a our most passion wrought dreams, not to mention those many long nights we can't remember.
Kidding aside, the company actually operates in several countries. It's po' folks transportation like here in the US where 96 percent of ridership on city buses is black folks.
