That statement from the CEO is filled with lies and misinformation.

The facts are as follows:
HHSE never filed an appeal of the Cease & Desist Order with the Arkansas Securities Division.
No employee at the Arkansas Securities Division told Parkinson that "there was no violation of Arkansas law.".
The Securities Division was never "shut down" to preclude the filing of an appeal during the pandemic.

The Cease and Desist Order is still in place, and it found Parkinson guilty of "fraud and deceit." It;'s all right there in black and white, for anyone to read.
