IMRA 2.01 - announces selling it's main asset yesterday for "an upfront cash payment of $34,750,000" plus perks:

IMRA had previously closed two days ago at $1.17 with an O/S at 26M...AND...already maintaining well over $2 per share netcash in the most recent filing. I did not own any but quickly snatched a few shares at 1.50 in premarket when the news broke yesterday morning.

My EXTREME-low-risk-moonshot ELEV failed to make any similar move and in fact bought some trial-drug from a who-knows-who chinese outfit for about 25% of their netcash. Not impressed at all with ELEV's under 40 young whippersnapper of a CEO.
