WDLF: thehawk..
Thank you for the kind words.. and I agree with your post.
Good observation about the 20k views (for the podcast).. I noticed that as well:)

Its true, this board only has a very small number of shareholders posting.. and a few of them seem to make the most noise.. I've come to the conclusion that (from what I've read).. that 90 plus percent of this investment (imo) comes down to whether or not a "viewer" believes in the words that are coming out of Ken Tapp's mouth:)

IF a person were to believe his words then it would make a whole lot of sense to try and participate in the huge gains that are about to come..
IF a person does not believe his words.. then so be it.. don't invest in the company:)

That is why I will continue (going forward) to simply post Ken's own words (from the most recent podcast) and others can decide whether or not they want to believe them.

I have chosen to BELIEVE at this point.. and according to my ears.. we are still in the window of at least 2 liquidity events by the end of this year. Ken Tapp gave his guidance in the most recent podcast (as you know:) and is very optimistic that we are still on track to accomplish these two liquidity events.

It seems the focus of some are to discredit the words of management (Ken Tapp) and I guess that is fair on a stock forum such as this.. but that won't stop me from posting what I believe is a clear signal that we are approaching some major news that will take WDLF to new levels.

Frankly, I don't see the justification for the vitriolic attacks.. Ken comes across as VERY competent and has the resume to back it up. He has spent his own money to defend the company and the timeline for bringing this company to where it is today imo is very reasonable.

I'm done with the debate:)..

Here again is where Ken stands (in his own words)..

Cheers.

WDLF: EDITED Notes from the most recent WDLF Podcast.

Ken Tapp (CEO) was very optimistic and as a reminder I decided to jot down a few notes from this latest podcast..

I personally believe Ken's optimistic vibe is sending out a signal that we are VERY close..

Personally, I believe its about time for those shareholders who do believe to chime in. Let your voice be heard.

In Ken's words...

Great cash position for the company as we lead into all the other steps to the uplisting to either Nasdaq or the New York Stock Exchange

These liquidity events more specifically.. Huntpost and MJlink have gone through an awful lot of progress over the last couple of months...

I'm excited about the progress that has been made

Referring to the liquidity events..

.. much more confident that that's going to happen here in the very near future.

Huntpost going through a SPAC acquisition.. the model.. moving along great.. excited about the progress

It gets triggered (referring to uplisting) by at least one liquidity event and we have two that are very, very close.

Question: Still on track for the liquidity events? Yes, we are in the thick of it on both of them (MJlink and Huntpost) Huntpost would be acquired by an existing public company (SPAC) MJlink would have its acquisition through a public company (not a SPAC)

Question: When do you see an uplisting? Shortly after at least one of the liquidity events - literally a horse race (between MJlink and Huntpost)

I plan on referring to this post when I need a reminder (from the CEO himself) how close we are.. And remember this is not an "overnight" success.. A lot of hard work has gone into getting WDLF in the position it is today. Good luck to all WDLF shareholders.

This is my opinion.. please do your own DD.. this is not investment advice.. I simply try to find the best companies to put my
money.. and I post on boards where I either have an interest in the stock or own shares.
