Phone lines do work! From what I have been told from somebody who has contacts within the company, they are close to having a deal put together for some type of financial merger / buyout. SEC really doesn't matter at this point with the current deal going on. Once the SEC realizes these guy won't be a market issue they will either reduce charges or drop them all together. I think we will see a positive situation real quick, like a matter of days. Something should happen this week so no reason to dump your shares unless you are shorting.
