Movie Pass was a sold asset. No longer a part of Helios and Matheson which these shares represent. They had an open auction and not one offer was made on the minimum price. Stacey Spikes ended up getting Movie Pass for next to nothing and the hmny shares have nothing to do with it anymore. When a company files chapter 7 liquidation that's it. It's over. That's what chapter 7 liquidation is. The end. There is nothing in any court filing that says shareholders will be paid. There is no money. It is a negative balance
