The merger better be with a company of substance in order to even maintain the market cap it has now let alone the market cap it had which was $30 MM at one point last week. But I am betting it will be with a start-up EV company looking for capital and that spells doom for this stock IMHO

There are only so many independent EV companies out there and almost all of them lose their shirt. Secondly, the BOD are a bunch of project managers that never built a biz from the ground up so with that said.....

Find a different industry and just do a RM.
