There is a lot going on in the Fluent case. MF sued then for 16M, breach of contract, and said they performed. They also accused them as MMTC using them to manufacture the harvest failure claim with DOH because that is the only reason that would allow an MMTC to then be able to purchase wholesale. So he is saying they used them as a workaround to growing and producing and save a boatload of money by claiming harvest failure so they could purchase wholesale.

But MF just dropped all the claims regarding accusing Fluent of manufacturing a harvest failure and just kept the Breach of Contract and Guaranty claims.

MF included some of the excerpts on the contract which were very specific and looked bad on Fluent. He also listed reports by the largest most reputable lab that showed no levels of metals and arsenic.

MF claimed that the product was good and accused Fluent of sabotage and not properly changing out things between cbd and thc plant production and on and on.

Fluent countersued MF and accused them of the product having high levels of metals etc. And on and on.

Fluent subpoenaed Kaycha Labs to provide by Sept 9th all testing ever done. Kaycha was not the lab MF provided the document showing the product was good so not sure the Kaycha Labs angle but the owner is on MF's LinkedIn so I am sure he has sued them.

So you have 2 very different stories here and I would imagine whoever is telling the truth would be able to fairly easily defend their claims consider everything that is involved. The people, lab testing etc.

Aa for the 105k ... exactly ... where did that money go. And how much more did they receive from these contracts. They paid off 350k in debts with shares so at least 350k they collected.
