Hello Tango__32, Though the effort will be difficult it is not an empty threat. You are right in saying it will not be easy to decouple Russia from the world energy grid. It likely would be impossible to ever do it in anything close to entirety, but the West and others are serious about continued condemnation of Putin's invasion of Ukraine.
