If something like what you mention works out, "any of the big-name auto dealers could actually acquire GNCP and PDIV", what happens to the GNCP shares we are holding currently? Does the acquiring company do a swap of our shares with theirs or something else? Just curious about scenarios with the GNCP shares in wait. Idk, thanks.

On the bases of that scenario there are a number of ways they could restructure. And everyone could make out like bandits. Just think someone with the likes of Tesla. GM, Ford any of the big-name auto dealers could actually acquire GNCP and PDIV on their name alone, the stock will moon shot.
