IMHO this is a good thing. With any semblance of brains, shareholders should have pulled the plug on these lowlife a-holes a long time ago. The SEC at the very least is preserving the shell for shareholders by ceasing the dilution. For that, the SEC should be heartily applauded!!!!
Dragon Lady, I think this proves the claim Mountain Investor made in calling this scum :"idiots". They could have easily finagled the situation by responding and continuing the dilution like other scams do.
If they want money, they will now have to wake up in the morning and actually be productive. I suspected for a long time they were skimming The declared revenues went way down from '00 to '01 without reasonable explanation. I think the possibility they were double dipping exists by diluting and doing business in Asia undeclared and not shared with shareholders through Farmatsevtik.
This is really great news. It stops half the Moochaelian thievery through dilution.
