Interest rates have not gone up for almost 14 years, because those pesky Republicans put America and the entire world into a financial meltdown. Remember, Republicans put 10s of millions of Americans out of work, and millions of Americans lost their homes. Once again those pesky Republicans took a massive bailout of taxpayer money and gave it to themselves, thanks for reminding everyone about what Republicans do in a crisis.
