The note holder doesn't have shares to sell. To the best of my knowledge and belief he will get his money, not the shares. Furthermore, insinuating that the oil JV is involved in fraud, is simply a lie. The company is in a legal battle with the other company and the case is garbage. As for CMG, it's amazing to see that folks are speculating it's demise and calling it a shell co......LMFAO...nothing changed fundamentally with the company besides the complaint, of which, Glenn will strongly defend himself against any and all allegations...Glenn is not a man who is desperate for raising 50K, of which, went into CMG holdings Group, not his account...So thinking that he had anything to do with the hackers is a fun story, if you want to tell yourselves that....That's the last thing Glenn would be doing imho, think about it, if he were planning this hacking scheme, why would he go to GMER's attorney and tell him what his intentions were with the stock....
If Glenn knew what these guys intentions were, he would have reported them himself. This is the USA, not Russia, and you are innocent until proven guilty.
The company isn't going anywhere.
