I was hoping for this to be a "knock it out of the park" OTC with the financials it has compared to the SS.... it's hard finding what looks like a good OTC to invest/trade in.... I want this to be that diamond in the rough, but with all the recent dilution and no updates on who is diluting now (Leonite or BMXI), I'm left wondering.

Anything I share is an opinion based on my observations from over a decade of dabbling in the stock market. It's great to share ideas and observations with everyone, but at the end of the day it's your call on whether to buy, hold, or sell.
