Best to put Feldenkrais in the search field. Lawsuit is the Rivillas one.

Civil case - Open - Rivillas and Pacheco ... One gave MF 100k with a promise of getting 230k back in 6 months to grow and sell 5,000 hemp plants ... that is 230% ROI and the other gave 5k with a promise of a 500% return and 25k back for 250 hemp planta. Farm contract November and December 2020. Never was paid. They were to receive 50% of net profit from sales once sold.

Maybe someone can do the math and see if that checks out. Doesnt make sense to me how they could give them that much money and have that much they would still get in profit.

The case has a hearing coming up in 2 weeks. Cign seeking to dismiss only by saying there was no signed agreement submitted to the Court and asking judge to dismiss.
