I meant to post the link but looks like you already found it and went through it. That was the nail right there. And the fact he never put in a dime and was soliciting others for money was concerning. In our business we get these guys that talk a big game and how they have all this money. The 1st thing we reseaech is if they really do or not. If they do ... we are interested because we know they are for real. But a lot of times we find out they are all talk and really don't have any money and it is all coming from private equity the person is trying to raise and garner a deal.
