Chuckle, yeah, would be easy to see shades of that in Hartmann's article. Wouldn't blame any one from feeling that there. I even leaned and wondered at times. But would suggest with some certainty most all in his article is credibly verifiable. No doubt he made links, but he also included many "if"s.
