Why do you say we looked foolish in Afghanistan? If we looked foolish by not trying to get Bin Laden at the beginning under Bush I agree. If we looked foolish in trying to nation build by staying there I agree.

Now if you disagree on how we left I would like to understand that a bit more. Was it because of the agreement Trump made with the Taliban that excluded the Afghan government in the talks? Was it agreeing to leave in Feb 2021 the first month Biden was President. Was it Biden extending the time leaving to late summer of 2021? Where did we look foolish?
