So what is this person's issue? Mental health condition, Drugs from the border affecting his brain, allowing this kid to buy a gun in the first place? Did he steal the gun?
Has he committed crimes prior to this? Does he post on those waste of time Social Media outlets dangerous comments or pictures? Does he have a safe and loving home or a very disrupted home or no father or mother that care for him or his actions at all?
Either way here the person committed the crime the gun unto itself is sitting there waiting to be loaded and then the safety turned off and then the trigger pulled by a human source. The gun without the sick child or adult is harmless sitting in its locked safe at home unloaded, but when you implement a process to which it is loaded and ready to fire, the gun does its job, just like a drill at work, without a battery or power cord it will not work in your hands, or without a drill bit it will not drill anything. The tool when used properly and safely harms no one. If one turns a drill on themselves with a bit and a power source and one drills into their skin they will be harmed no doubt it. Using any tool in the wrong manner causes injuries and death. Again many folks make up this Country 320 million plus of us here of all kinds of Religion, Atheist, Gay, LGMTQ, All races, nationalities, of all sorts make up this Country. Some hate and some love and some do neither they cannot feel anything like you and me they are immune to feeling for others. How do you determine who those folks are in our society.
