I agree,its a very hard journey for me personally on all fronts.But my only hope is,SNHs hided assets with the help of debtors(then BOD,not Mr.Smith and Mrs.Logan,IMO) and almost had hand on the assets but Mr.McMahon alerted THJMW to form EC.
I agree,though Mr.Rosen and Mr.Willingham met without informing S&G,i don't think TPG would let go of their 225 million shares just like that,but they had a chance to make Billions and which i believe they did and they would again,JMO.Why not?.
MW with 1Million shares after petition lead the case and while TPG with 225 million shares just listened?.Thats laughable.Big minds think big and play big.Mr.Killinger has no degree in CH11,but Mr.Bonderman has a degree in BK law from Harvard and beyond.And he was on the BOD for a long time.Lets see whether he is ok to share it with SNH who accumulated too many preferred shares and about 800 million common equity and who grounded on upper classes from top to bottom on every layer.AIMO.
We are sailing the boat with last tranche of TPG and SNH,if there is one,IMO.
Collectively they had more than 1.1Billion shares then.
