Yes illegal is illegal. It is up to those in charge to deport them when caught, doesn't happen. Try getting benefits in another country as a non citizen unless brought in by govt program. Backlash in many areas as cops are told to stay out, cut the money off and there will riots. Not something dems want to run on or even many repubs because they all get to vote. No concern for cleaning up voter roles or fake mail in ballots. Amazing how many that want to vote wait until the last second to put a ballot in a drop box. It's not who votes anyway it's who counts the votes.
