This company, American Biodiesel(abdl), has been identified on Yahoo Finance as the former IBD (Interactive Business Development)(ibvp), as a subsidiary of Amerivestors. Kurt Neubauer, David Northcutt and Aimee Cade are listed as management for Amerivestors, who now claim to have focused their entire energies on "Justice by the People" legal processing service. David Northcutt should be thoroughly researched prior to any involvment, due to his past and pending civil judgments and liens throughout the states of Texas, Florida and Tennessee(in excess of $1,000,000). This company (ibd) is in legal trouble, as can be researched on the internet by googling their name. The individuals behind this company tend to basically recreate themselves over and over again, using different names for their new companies. The latest "reinvention" is this company (American Biodiesel) which is associated with the same individuals as a company named "Planet Resources", which was a "incubator" company of Amerivestors at some point. Planet Resources sounds identical to "Sequoia Interests" (sqnc), which is apparently in the business of a biodegradable chemical formulation (same as Planet Resources, according to their own business description). In other words, you should research this thoroughly because the same individuals "pop up" again and again under a different name. It appears that when there is no activity or negative activity surrounding one, they resurface under a different name with a different agenda. Consider yourself warned.
