your post did not actually address to answer to the specific $12.7M+ dollars sanilex cited and discussed. And to where the money went.

Is CapEx costs accounted for in the 10-Q, as supposedly made available from the Indonesian operations' cash, as you claim is "so simple" to explain? 10-Q CapEx costs has this $12.7M accounted for?

CEO Ollquist mentioned taking future Indonesian mine profit to fund Norht American operations, not as already done. Seems your "so simple to explain" is so simple as bullshit!
