Eddie's unnamed partner..Troy Allen Covey..ex-CEO/owner of the failed, "expert market" disaster APT MOTOVOX???

Yeah, ole "Preacher Boy Troy" and Eddie had plans to reverse merge APT with PRPM back in 2013 but it fell thru.

APT sold Chinese mini bikes and mopeds. It eventually reverse merged with another ticker and Troy went on a toxic financing binge that destroyed the company.

His last filing in 2018 he told the SEC he no longer had a duty to report so sounds like he walked away. One of his toxic "death spiral" lenders (LG Capital) has/had a court case that read like they were trying to claim the ticker. Sucks for them because the SEC has busted them for selling unregistered securities (i.e. toxic note conversions dumped into the market) and is vowing to compel them to disgorge all ill gotten gains.

Anyway, Eddie didn't name his new partner for good reason IMO. The photo of the barn he posted today is a dead ringer for Troy's. It's about 10 miles south of Kansas City out in the middle of nowhere.
