15 mil shares is not some magical number....i can remember when the magical number was 25 mil...anything under that was supposedly insignificant...then it was 20 mil...now apparently, it is 15 mil...smh

every drop in the pps is always described as manipulation and every rise is always described as being due to how tremendously wonderful fcel is...lol

which completely invalidates the idea that its due to manipulation...
