i do believe it is irrelevant in grand scheme of things. IMO seems new management (Gardiner) may have needed old management (Gardner) to bring MGON current with past information. Seems like old management 1863942 still had invested interest and new Florida corporation GSCB has contributed in new developments.
EOD they wouldn't have spent 250k+ ? if they weren't going to bring to fruition. SO IMO sky's the limit here---eventually
