I'm pretty disappointed in seeing the PPS drop like it did.... the first go around was that 4mil note holder cleaning out their shares. The next on the list is the Selling Security Holder (Leonite Capital LLC) who has 3,333,333 shares per the agreement with Brookmount for being the selling security holder of 25mil shares (the company offering in the 253G1)... if there is dilution today, which we will know come Monday morning at 830CST, it's likely from the Selling Security Holder.....
