zab--such a stupid question. You have all these Blue states that are not on the border and do not get affected to ANY degree like the border states. Sending just a few illegals to these states and blue cities give the DEMs a bit of insight on how bad the problem is for Texas, Arizona, New Mexico etc.

Brilliant move on the Governor's part.
