What a waste of time.. It is like complaining to a company because you are not happy with their product. Here is what they are really saying:

We have received your letter and have put it on our desk. It will now be at the bottom of all the other rediculous complaints that we receive. We may possibly get back to it in a year or so. So please be expecting something on this within the next couple of years. Oh yeah, good luck with your resolution of this complaint....

Worth absolutely nothing, but to satisfy the sender that they are right on it.....
