JPS02, with BOXS & these New Board Members...

This could be incredibly huge for BOXS with now having Justin Vorwerk and Andrew Suckling on board here with BOXS. They would not be here in my opinion unless something huge was in the mix.

Justin Vorwerk was the... "Managing Director in Investment Banking with Goldman Sachs, The Royal Bank of Scotland, Deutsche Bank Securities, as well as Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, and Credit Suisse, where he co-headed the Financial Sponsors Group."... per the 8-K filed with the SEC below. These are huge and important positions that have been held by Justin Vorwerk. You have to ask yourself... Why would a man such of his statue come to be a Board member here in little old BOXS? I think for major reasons that will be revealed soon. I think everyone is familiar with the billions of dollars in value that exists from those companies that Justin Vorwerk were involved with.

Andrew Suckling holds a very important position at Cadence Minerals that could be directly related to BOXS. Currently, Cadence Minerals trades on the London Stock Exchange at over £11.00 (Euro) per share with Market Cap of £19.5 Billion:
