Wow and yet there is not one shred of proof that anyone purchased the shares. It has been stated here that LCY already has purchased and owns the shares. Can proof of this be found? Will anyone show their offer letter from LCY?
Why is all of this nonsense about patents and crap posted. Why not post proof that LCY in fact did buy the shares.
Does anyone really believe that LCY purchased the shares and the shareholders were never told about it? Does anyone actually believe that only LCY knows about this sale? Do the judges, creditors, SEC and the state of Delaware all know this? If so does anyone think it hasn’t leaked over the last 4 years LOL
