The way i see it is that the arrows are totally unnecessary. A waste of space. I know arrows were first put on some traffic signs to help
non-English speaking drivers. Symbols say a lot and more quickly for drivers. I wouldn't think that argument would have any validity here.

And seriously, that new positioning of the Edit your message, where it is is like the ugliest and most
intrusive billboard on USA interstates. Surely Ediit as before is much better for mobile users too.
