Improved Charts on NASDAQ Net New Highs over Issues Moving since 1984.
I've spread the data over 5 (rather than 4) charts, and have added a 55 day EMA over the 21 day EMA. You'll have to scroll sideways to look at this, but that's on purpose -- it's so you can see the data as one continuous thread. I think looking at it this way helps to illustrate two very important points:
[1] what a truly powerful move this is we are experiencing;
[2] during a bull move, this indicator peaks well before the market does, meaning this thing is probably far from finished.

[1] The vertical lines are spaced 10 trading days apart.
[2] The data on these charts consists of Net New Highs, (i.e., New Highs - New Lows), divided by the total number of issues either advancing or declining on the Naz that day.
