Probably correct in re visited pages still appearing as blue. I see a fix was pushed to code review last night to address that. It isn't live yet.

There is also a cache configuration change pending that might fix the 419s but everyone will have to login again once it goes live. That will probably not occur during market hours in an abundance of caution.
