My initial reaction was that SPVNF needed more money to carry inventory.(DUH) Unpacking this I am not sure why?

One: The cost of parts went up(inflation)?
Two: An increase in number/size of their orders and the company needed to bring in more inventory to ship those orders (the company is growing)?
Three: The management just screwed up when sizing the initial offering ?
