both K Mart and Sears are kaput.......Eddie Lampert wiped out the shareholders in K Mart, then took over, revalued the company because they depreciated the land plus stores to zero, but the land was worth billions... Lambert then repackaged K- Mart , sold shares in THE NEW COMPANY, and bought Sears... as a result of his incompetence , he lost both Sears, and K mart, and filed for bk for both companies... Lodas
