That isn't accurate - Schaefer is still calling the shots as well as Devlaeminck. Since CCTL is a Form 15 company they don't have to file a Form 3 or 4 etc about ownership that is one reason CCTL is called dark.

When Schaefer is in the past of a OTC company you are not being prudent to say it is new management - it is a new puppet appointed by Schaefer.

Those that don't learn from history are doomed to repeat it.
