What happened to the profits from the sale of MTVX's Montgomery Ward building and property? Does anyone know when it was purchased, by whom and how much equity was in it? Because this PR dated 11/17/2014 says

"Cerner Property Development, Inc. acquired two buildings located at 8844 Hillcrest Road and 8830 Hillcrest Road, Kansas from APT MotoVox Group, Inc. (OTCPK:MTVX) for $5.6 million on November 5, 2014. Concurrently, Cerner also acquired tracts of land totaling 19.80 acres from APT. The proceeds from the sale were used to pay off the existing mortgage and separating from the New Market Tax Credit transaction. Mind you, 8 months earlier on 3/26/14 "APT Group, Inc. completed the acquisition of Frozen Food Gift Group, Inc. from ANP Industries, Inc. and Tangiers Capital, LLC in a reverse merger transaction."

APT was using the space prior to their R/M with FROZ. Just curious if/ when the property may have shifted from private hands to the public company. If so, did Troy Co. profit from that transaction and again when CERNER obviously paid far more for the property than market value. And the city threw in some tax incentives
