Well now...Troy has some "splainin' to do." Seems to me he not only pumped-and-dumped investors in a public company, pocketed the cash from toxic lenders, and likely skipped off with any equity in the Hillcrest property when he sold it to Cerner.. it seems entirely possible he continues to privately profit from sales of bikes to this day. Here's how--

http://www.motoped.com was registered on 12/30/2001 and is still active. It's the one whose address is now supposedly in Katy, TX (Houston).

Whereas http://www.motopedS.com (with an "S" on the end) was registered nearly 9 years later on 9/8/2009 and is still active and peddling bikes. Problem is the website has no address on it. All it says is "Motopeds is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Motopeds.."

However, archived websites from 2014-15 reveal that MOTOPED.com was using the 8844 Hillcrest Ave, Kansas City address(scroll to bottom) and now supposedly operates out of Katy, TX.

But when clicking on an archived link for screenshots of MOTOPEDS (with the "S" on the end" it does this--

Redirecting to... http://www.motoped-choose-your-adventure.com/

So MotopeD and MotopedS are both active and both have historical ties to the old Hillcrest address.

So Motovox, Motoped and MotopedS all once operated out of the Hillcrest location funded by MTVX investors. So how is it Troy gets to skip off with pieces of the business investors were entitled to and apparently operates for his own benefit? That being the case...

Why on earth would he have any interest in giving up the business he apparently stole in order to resurrect a defunct, debt ridden, toxic ticker like MTVX and have to share his profits with old bagholders?
