BBBY I'm not sure if Ryan Cohen owns more than 10%, I don't know how/if you count options.. I doubt options (even in the money) count towards this, however, once a beneficial shareholder owns 10%, if they sell shares they bought within a six month period, any profits can be legally 'disgorged' as swing trade profits and I believe those profits would be returned to the company.
