That is total BS

Naked shorts have supposedly been banned for years.

What good are laws that no one enforces. Who is supposed to
ride herd and they need trained and decently paid enforcement agents here and now not new college graduates who can not find their ass with either hand.
Not investigations that allow the trading to continue for years while they supposedly investigate.

I will believe it when I see it.
