I met with Detective Alexander Charles again today of MDPD cyber crimes unit. He said the economic crimes unit feels this is a civil action as a business dispute, except and unless if I can prove a pattern of fraud by Vakser long term. I told him I can prove it in long term pattern of fraud by Vakser and I also pointed him to the SEC attorney in Dallas I have as a witness since I've been dealing with the SEC since October 2017 about on Vakser frauds. Detective Charles did say I have a case on exploitation of a disabled adult in a possible felony crime by Vakser upon me as a disabled adult and that special victims unit at MDPD would handle that end criminally if the state attorney wishes to proceed.
