ZXGBVI sold thier whole company for 1.46 billion shares of common stock(14 mill at 1 cent stock price). The company has 1.7 million in revenues in the 1st half of the year. Do you really believe they are stupid enough to sell their company for 14 million dollars? (saying share price stays at 1cent). And why would they sell the compny to someone who they believe would do a R/S and screw them out of their shares they just aquired
