The quarterly report is the only thing I am waiting on but they filed for a time extension. This doesn't really surprise me since they hired a new accounting firm at the end of June. I am looking forward to seeing the revenue numbers since they are working on a few consulting projects that should have very high margins as well. I have no idea how much revenue to forecast, depends on the how much of the projects have been completed so far.
