Amateurinvestor, agree 100% that when claims are made supporting evidence helps BIG LEAGUE! Claims often can get rejected prematurely, especially when coming from certain types of people who seem to be hyper focused on whether all us other investors are capable of doing our own due diligence.
BTW due diligence doesn’t mean investors need to come to the same conclusion as each other and I respect you for at least having the courage of your convictions to not only say what you think but back it up, regardless of whether you get answers from others. Regarding your past posts I think the message was received and the writing is now on the wall regarding the importance of supporting evidence.
I agree with ORCA in post#15348 as well, he did an excellent job laying out a timeline of events that took place and like he said only an idiot would continue posting if they were actually scamming when they know they are being investigated! The 25 mil funding agreement has been executed, and WSRC has provided documents to the SEC’s Denver Regional Office. The matter remains open with the SEC currently reviewing the documents responsive to the subpoena provided by the Issuer.
Looking forward to the second quarter report to give us a lot more information in regards!!! COULD BE HUGE!!!
