This has been a loser stock for the last 20 years. It gets pumped up every couple of years by a bunch of clueless idiots. The company had no real future once Pickens got involved. The management before him when they were still flying Spacehab modules on the shuttle was bad and it got worse. It ruined a good company Johnson Engineering. And it almost took Astrotech Space Operations done. Lucky for ASO that they got sold. I wonder where that money went?
